It’s never really a bad time to go to South Africa, but November is the start of summer, so you can expect temperatures of around 22ºC in Cape Town, and 10 hours of beautiful sunshine. Spend your honeymoon nights under the stars in a luxury tent, and your days looking for lions.
Sri Lanka
Is a brilliant honeymoon destination choice for November. You’re pretty much guaranteed 30ºC and 7 hours of sunshine, and the dry season is just beginning. Trek through the rainforest, or relax on the beach, it’s up to you. The great food and low prices are a bonus.
Japan
Japan is a beautiful honeymoon destination in Autumn. The weather is sunny and mild – 17ºC and 5 hours of sunshine. Perfect for trips to the countryside and exploring the city. Why not do the whole Lost in Translation thing in Tokyo.
Cuba
Is a good choice in November if you’re looking to go to the Caribbean, but don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s still low season for hotels at this time of year, but you’ll get great weather – 24ºC and 8 hours of sunshine. Be welcomed by the incredibly friendly locals, and spend your evenings drinking Cuba Libras.
Canada
If you prefer snow to sand, Canada is a good choice for the early ski season. Skiing all day and cosying in front of the fire by night – what could be more romantic.
