Children's Mental Health Activities

Use this template to encourage families to take part in activities that they find helpful and calming or challenging and fun. It's up to you whether you want to ask for small donations towards a fundraising project, or simply make all activities free of charge. Families can take part in as many activities as they choose and leave a message to let everyone know what they are most looking forward to!
Once they've completed their activities ask them to send some pics so you can share in your school newsletter.
